- Try to be here close to 9:45 am so we can start at 10:00 am!
We have a lot of fascinating material to cover and PRACTICE!!! - Bring a light lunch so you don’t need to go out to get food.
Please, no meat to keep the vibration super high!
- Bring some fruits and snacks
- Bring warm socks just in case it gets cold, and so we can also take our shoes off.
