Distance Healing allows you to enjoy a Reiki session from the comfort of your own home (in privacy) or wherever you are in the world. Although Reiki is often practiced hands-on and in person, it can also be sent from a distance and be just as effective. We are able to send energy with our thoughts, using intention and visualization. Reiki practitioners connect energetically with others to send energy healing over a distance. Energy can be sent to anyone, anywhere, and at any time. Distance healing works with the energetic connection through a conscious intention between you, the energy healer, and the Source of all energy. The energy healer is just a conduit between the Source of all energy and your individual energy. We just need to make the intention and connect energetically with the Energy through the “facilitator”.
What to Expect During Your Session
Distance Energy Healing works with the energy connection, through a conscious intention, between you, the energy healer, and the Source of all Energy.
- Make an immediate Healing Intention such as, “I want this pain to be removed…”
- Then a deeper intention: “I want to remove the root causes of… (this pain)”
- Make the intention to connect energetically (or in thought) with Carlos Caridad and the group and say in your mind: “I’m receiving an Energy Healing from Carlos”
You may feel at the beginning of the session a tingling sensation or peace, and you may also feel at the end of the distance session the end of the tingling sensation or a gentle comeback to your normal consciousness. If you don’t feel anything, it’s totally fine – healing happens anyway!
Distance Healing Testimonials
Here is what I experienced:
First, a growing calmness and feeling that I am sinking into my bed mattress. Then it seems I am lightly pressed into the mattress for most of the session. My hands both seem to feel funny, although they are flat they seem to have a curling sensation.
I did experience for several minutes at a time a sensation that my muscles in my arms, hands, and legs would gently move or twitch. This would be for a couple seconds at a time. But, each muscle would move independently. So, a sensation of left, right, left, right, and etc.- not in synchronization at all. Soft, gentle but definitely noticeable sensations.
There were some real muscle twitches of my fingers and legs. And, once of my hip muscles.
In the middle of the session, it seemed the session was interrupted for several minutes. It seems the session stopped. Something broke my concentration or the connection. Then, I laid there calmly and breathed slowly and I again grew calmer and calmer and again felt as if I was sinking into the mattress. And, then the sensations slowly resumed.
The final thing was I felt my eyes (closed) were gently pointing towards my nose – a gently cross-eyed feeling. I doubt they were, just that kind of sensation. This was during much of the entire session, excepting the interrupted portion.
Somewhere near 30 minutes or so, the sensations stopped and I was just laying there. I can’t see a clock. I have to get up and look at a clock.
I was thinking this is similar to what I feel when we have sessions at Dr. Smith’s office. Of course, the sensations are much stronger but very similar.

My husband and I are participating in the Distance Healing Membership program. One of the reasons I decided to do this was because my husband was having surgery on his cervical vertebrae.
He had fallen (due to a nocturnal seizure) and is lucky to be alive and not paralyzed. He literally had broken his neck.
Carlos has been very helpful when I had questions and I am so happy that we found him. He is a genuine caring person. As for Mark’s surgery – the nurse has called several times to check on him and cannot believe that he has no pain.
We went home from the hospital with meds for pain – has not used any of them. I attribute this to Carlos’ help. We are also trying to learn how do do some of our own healing with his videos.
That was a great session. I fell into a deep sleep afterwards. I could feel electricity in my hands that went through me with a smooth transition from place to place on my body as I held my healing stones in my hands. I set my intention on healing a sharp pain I had in my lower left side of my abdomin. It worked! At this moment I feel no pain. It came out of nowhere and has been taking over my side for 6 days now. Thank you!

dear carlos. last night about 5 minutes into the session i felt so cradled and protected and loved, almost like i was levitating, then i burst into tears. i sobbed for about 5 minutes then felt totally relaxed and by the time you answered a few wuestions at the end i fell asleep. woke up this morning feeling connected to the earth. its raining here in nova scotia today. i love the rain as it feels like a reset.

Something interesting happened.
was not aware of the healing session you were giving today.
But today I was feeling a lot of anxiety. People at work are toxic. And that really affected me today.
Around 7:30 I was just in my room and i noticed that by 8:30 pm I felt much better.
It was like 9 ish that I saw your email and think it was your energy healing that had something to do with me feeling much better.
So, without even knowing I was still receiving the healing energy.
